Dilations and scale factor
Printable practice with an answer key the engine computes, at three levels, in as many versions as you need.
Problem types
- the scale factor from two lengths: AB = 4, A′B′ = 12: the scale factor
- a point dilated about the origin: A(3, −2) by a scale factor of 2
- a length times the scale factor: AB = 6, a scale factor of 3: A′B′
- a point dilated about another center: A(5, 1) by 3, centered at P(1, 2)
