Terms of Service

Effective October 27, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Joseph Gill, who operates Wingit ("Wingit", "we"), for the website, the app, practice links and the AI assistant connector. Using Wingit means you accept them; the Privacy Policy is part of them.

Who can use Wingit

Wingit is for teachers, tutors, parents and others who teach math. You must be 18 or older to make an account. If you use Wingit for a school, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for your own use there.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. One account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what an AI assistant you connect does with it.

Free and paid plans

• Free: Sheets, practice links and Classroom Printables, unlimited. With a free account, one of each other resource type. Multi-Section Sheets and Every Which Way are paid only.
• Founding Teacher, $5 a month: every type, unlimited. Your rate stays $5 for as long as your subscription stays active, even if the list price changes.

Billing, renewal and cancelling

The Founding Teacher plan is billed monthly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page in the app; you keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. If a payment fails, we may pause the plan until it's fixed.

Payments aren't refunded for part of a month, except where the law requires a refund. Prices don't include taxes where taxes apply. We may change list prices or what each plan includes for the future, with at least 30 days' notice on the site; a change never shortens a period you've already paid for.

Using what you make

Print, copy and share the materials you make as much as your teaching needs: with your students and their families, with colleagues, on your class website or learning platform. That stays true after you stop using Wingit.

Don't sell them, or put them in a paid product or marketplace, without our written permission.

What stays ours, and what stays yours

The software, the problem generators, the library of student mistakes behind the answer choices, the riddles, Mosaic pictures, lesson hooks and the Wingit name and look belong to Wingit. Don't copy the service, scrape it, or pull out its content in bulk.

A picture you upload or draw for a Mosaic stays yours; you let us store it so your materials print, and you confirm you have the right to use it. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Using Wingit through an AI assistant

The Wingit connector works inside assistants run by other companies, under their own terms. Wingit makes the problems and computes the answer keys; the assistant decides what to ask for and how to show it. We aren't responsible for what an assistant says, and the free-tier and plan rules here apply the same way there.

Fair use of the service

Don't:

• try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, or get around the free-tier limits;
• overload the service, run it from automated scripts at volume, or resell access to it;
• use it to break the law or to make anything harmful.

We may limit requests to keep Wingit running for everyone.

Answer keys and accuracy

Wingit computes every answer key exactly rather than guessing it, and we test the engine continually. Still, you're the teacher: look over what you hand out, and tell us at support@wingit.tools if anything is wrong so we can fix it for everyone.

Disclaimers

Wingit is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these terms say, including that it will always be available, free of errors, or right for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Wingit isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits or lost time, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending things

You can stop using Wingit, cancel your plan, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you when we reasonably can. If we ever shut Wingit down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any time you've paid for and can't use. What you've already printed or downloaded stays yours to use.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and disputes go to the courts of Duval County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

Changes and contact
